Terms of Service

WebForge AI provides a standard small-business website package for a one-time fee of $150 USD, delivered as a hosted preview link and, upon approval, published to a domain of your choice.

The standard package includes a mobile-responsive site, up to a defined number of pages, essential SEO configuration, a contact form, and standard integrations described on our services page. Anything outside the standard scope is an add-on and is quoted separately.

Our standard delivery commitment is within 24 hours after we have received ALL required materials from you (business information, content, images, logo, hours, service list, contact info, and any necessary approvals or domain access).

The 24-hour clock does not start until all required materials are in our hands. If materials are incomplete, we will notify you and pause the timer until they are supplied.

Add-on scope, third-party integrations, or custom features may extend the timeline. We will confirm a delivery window before starting any add-on work.

The standard package includes two rounds of revisions on the initial delivery within seven (7) days of preview delivery. A revision is a set of change requests submitted together in a single message or thread.

Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the initial rounds may be quoted as an add-on. We will quote the change before any billable work begins.

Add-ons (for example: additional languages, e-commerce, custom integrations, extra pages, advanced SEO) are priced according to our published add-on list or a custom quote provided in writing.

We do not perform any add-on or custom work without your written approval of the quote.

The standard $150 fee is payable in full at checkout, in advance of build work. We use Stripe as our payment processor; your card details are never stored on our servers.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if we have not yet begun the build (i.e., no preview link has been generated for you).

Once your preview link has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, since the deliverable has been produced. We will still complete your included revisions per Section 3.

Refund requests can be sent to the email address below and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, content you own or have rights to use, and timely responses during the build and revision process.

You are responsible for the ongoing costs of any third-party services you choose to keep after launch (domain registration, premium plugins, transactional email, SMS, etc.).

Upon full payment, you own the final published website content and assets you supplied. WebForge AI retains ownership of its internal templates, code libraries, and tooling used to produce the site.

You represent that any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You may not use our services to build sites that violate any law, promote hate, fraud, or illegal goods, or infringe third-party rights. We may refuse or cancel any project at our discretion; if we cancel a project not yet started, we will refund your payment.

By engaging our services and providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related messages via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice as needed to deliver your project. You can reply STOP to any SMS to unsubscribe from text messages. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The services are provided "as is." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebForge AI's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the services (i.e., $150 for the standard package). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
